Hi. Like any self-respecting Indian, I have spent years building up my spice tolerance and eating absolutely everything I can get my hands on.

My brother and I are both serious foodies, so we decided to stop keeping our recipes to ourselves. This site is where we share everything we actually cook, the fusion dishes that make sense when you grow up between two cultures, the midnight snacks, the summer plates, and the London food scene we are always eating our way through.
